Hi!

This is one of the  paintings I´ll be  showing at Gallery Bellarte in Seoul, Korea,  next April , opening April 2.

"Double Paradox, Target and Flower" is inspired in my favorite artist, Jasper Johns. An important art collector friend of him, showed images of some of my artworks to Johns and he liked them and he wrote some statements to be published this year in an art magazine. I'm really happy about that and wanted to express my feelings with this new series of works combining fragments of Johns art with my own images. Some other paintings are inspired in Matisse, Macke, O'Keeffe, Tebo and dominican masters as Guillo Perez, Candido Bido, Ada Balcacer,  Elsa Nunez, Jorge Severino, Ines Tolentino and photographer Domingo Batista .
